We want to make returns and exchanges easy and do NOT require prior authorization or special codes to initiate the process. For your convenience, we enclose a Return and Exchange Form in every package (see reverse side of the packing slip). At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We suggest that you do not wear perfume and wipe off any deodorant you may have on when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item non-returnable. Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear or swimwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style is to your liking. To maintain hygiene and health standards, we reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that this has not been done. If you return the items later than 50 days from the date of purchase, we will give you a store credit that can be used within ONE (1) year from the date of issue. Fees associated with shipping, gift pouches and gift boxes are not refundable. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for us to receive and process your return and exchange request. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department by email to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item and complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices. Please send the merchandise back to us by USPS First Class mail. We recommend that you add either the Delivery Confirmation OR Insurance Service to ensure tracking or prevent loss in the USPS mail system, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. I had a question about the mid-thigh legging (product #8210). The description states the these leggings are seamless, but is there actually a seam along the inside of the leg? I couldn't tell from the picture online.
Lavinia's Answer: All our tops are seamless, however for the legging construction there is the seam along the inside of the leg. Question: Could you tell me the Mid-Thigh Legging measurements for the waist and the inseam? Lavinia's Answer: Our mid-thigh legging is made with a soft microfiber that gently clings to the body. Given the stretchy nature of the fabric, the inseam of this legging, when it is worn, ranges from 8.5 to 10 inches. The waistband (unworn) measures 22 inches, but it can comfortably stretch (when worn) up to approximately 35.5 inches. However, we recommend that you measure your hips to determine the size. For example, if your hips measure between 38 and 42 inches, you would need the M/L size. You would be a size XS/S if your hips measure between 34 and 38 inches, XL size measurements ranging from 42 to 46 inches. Question: I'm a women's size 6. Would your Mid-thigh Legging fit me? Lavinia's Answer: We recommend size XS/S for women size 2 to 6. Lavinia Activewear is made with microfiber, which stretches to your body shape. It's important to select the correct size so that you feel comfortable with the fit and how you look in it. If you select a size that is too small, the fabric will stretch too much and the garment will loose its opacity. If it does not fit, we will gladly exchange the size as long as all tags are attached and the item is unsoiled/unworn.
