A return and exchange form is enclosed within every package. If you have misplaced your copy, here you can print Lavinia's Lingerie Exchange & Return form. At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and include a completed return and exchange form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you benefited from a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, the shipping-related expense incurred by Lavinia Lingerie will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item or complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices. We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or style.
