Lavinia Lingerie's products are imported into the United States. As such, you may be charged customs duties when an order is shipped to Canada. Import duties are applied by Canadian customs and custom brokerage fees are collected by the delivery company when delivered. Lavinia Lingerie does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. Your credit card company may also add a charge for currency conversion. If you have questions about Canada customs and duties, please call the Canada Customs Office.

Standard Shipping
Following credit card authorization and verification of information,
you will receive your order within 3 to 8 business days. Please note that the above shipping charges are effective as of May 2007.
Express Shipping
Under normal conditions, orders with express shipping will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Your orders must be received before 3 PM EST. If your order is placed after 3 PM EST , please add an extra day. Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before shipment is processed. Express shipping may require a signature for delivery. This service is available to U.S. continental addresses only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

A return and exchange form is enclosed within every package. If you have misplaced your copy, you can click here for a printable return and exchange form.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and include a completed return and exchange form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you benefited from a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, the shipping-related expense incurred by Lavinia Lingerie will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item or complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices.
We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or style.
