Standard Shipping
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, orders are typically delivered within one (1) to eight (8) business days, depending on your destination. Orders with standard shipping are mailed out using the United States Postal Service.
Express Shipping
Under normal conditions, orders with express shipping are typically mailed out same day and delivered next day t to most locations, but it can take two (2) or more days, depending upon the service available in your local area and the day you submit your order. Orders must be received before 4:30 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday to ship out same day. If your order is placed after 4:30 PM ET, please add an extra day (or two days if submited on Saturday) to the expected delivery time. Express shipping requires a signature for delivery. This service is available for U.S. and Canadian addresses only and is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before your shipment can be processed. For expedited delivery, we use Express Mail by the United States Postal Service.

Canadian Orders
Lavinia Lingerie's products are imported into the United States. As such, you may be charged customs duties when an order is shipped to Canada. Import duties are applied by Canadian Customs and custom brokerage fees are collected by the delivery company when delivered. Lavinia Lingerie does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. Your credit card company may also add a charge for currency conversion. If you have questions about Canadian Customs and any applicable duties, please contact the Canada Customs Office.
Estimating Delivery Dates
If you're trying to estimate when your package will be delivered, please note the following:
♦ Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before your shipment can be processed.
♦ We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments and as such, deliveries are subject to USPS standard hours of operation (i.e., Monday through Saturday, excluding Federal holidays).
E-mail Shipment Confirmation
On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your order tracking number. These email confirmations are generally sent at end of day.
Discreet Packaging
It's safe to ship to your purchase to your home or work place without revealing what's inside. Your order will arrive in a standard white, tear-proof poly envelope, and the shipping label will not mention the word "lingerie". Specifically, the return label will show the following information regarding the sender: LAVINIA, P.O. BOX 549, NEW YORK, NY 10150-0549

At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We suggest that you do not wear perfume or wipe off any deodorant you may have on when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item non-returnable. Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear or swimwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style is to your liking. To maintain hygiene and health standards, we reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that this has not been done.
If you return the items later than 50 days from the date of purchase, we will give you a store credit that can be used within one year. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item or complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices.
We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or style.
