A return and exchange form is enclosed within every package. If you have misplaced your copy, here you can print Lavinia's Lingerie Exchange & Return form. At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and include a completed return and exchange form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you benefited from a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, the shipping-related expense incurred by Lavinia Lingerie will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. I really hope you do :) Lavinia's Answer: This corset is bra-sized. As such, you should order your normal band/cup size. Australian size 14C is equivalent to US size 36C and AU 16C is equivalent to US 38C. We are currently sold out of 36C, but have a 38C available. We anticipate restocking all sizes in the next two months. Question: Will this corset fit a 38C? Lavinia's Answer: Yes. This corset was designed using precise bra measurements and sizing. Question:Is the corset's cup size acurate to a regular bra? If I wear a 34DD bra, is that the size I should order? Lavinia's Answer: Yes, this corset is sized using precise bra measurements, including size-specific underwires and band width for proper lift and support and you should order your normal bra size 34DD. Question:I want to be clear on the hook and eye closure...is the add saying there are 11 rows of hooks/eyes or row with 11 hooks/eyes? Lavinia's Answer: The corset has a 2-column, 11-row hook and eye back closure. Similar in concept to a bra fastener, you have a single column of hooks that mate with 11 rows of eye hoops. You have a choice of selecting the first column of eye hoops for a looser fit or the second column for a tighter fit. Question:Would this fit me if Im a petite 32d? It states plus size so im confused? Lavinia's Answer: Yes, the corset should fit you as it is based on your bra size 32D. The plus size reference is just used to inform customers that it is also available in plus sizes. Question:Can you tell me how it does up? Lavinia's Answer: For greater support and a consistent fit, this plus size corset has 12 rows/1 column of hook and eye closures in the back. There are no pull strings. |
