We want to make returns and exchanges easy and do NOT require prior authorization or special codes to initiate the process. For your convenience, we enclose a Return and Exchange Form in every package (see reverse side of the packing slip). At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We suggest that you do not wear perfume and wipe off any deodorant you may have on when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item non-returnable. Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear or swimwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style is to your liking. To maintain hygiene and health standards, we reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that this has not been done. If you return the items later than 50 days from the date of purchase, we will give you a store credit that can be used within ONE (1) year from the date of issue. Fees associated with shipping, gift pouches and gift boxes are not refundable. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for us to receive and process your return and exchange request. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department by email to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item and complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices. Please send the merchandise back to us by USPS First Class mail. We recommend that you add either the Delivery Confirmation OR Insurance Service to ensure tracking or prevent loss in the USPS mail system, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or style. Question: Do the straps on this bra have a decent amount of adjustability? I am pretty short, so I always have to adjust the straps a lot.
Lavinia's Answer: In response to your inquiry, the rear portion of the straps on this lace push-up bra are 90% adjustable. If your bra straps fall a lot, it may also be an indication that your size is too big or the bra style is not suited to your body shape. Question: When you remove the pads, is the bra sheer (just the lace fabric?) is it a demi cup? Lavinia's Answer: No, there is lining behind the lace fabric and as such, it is not sheer. Yes, it is a demi-cup bra. Question: How padded is this bra? and how well does it push it up? Lavinia's Answer: This lace bra has lining and push up padding, which can be removed if desired.
