We want to make returns and exchanges easy and do NOT require prior authorization or special codes to initiate the process. For your convenience, we enclose a Return and Exchange Form in every package (see reverse side of the packing slip). At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We suggest that you do not wear perfume and wipe off any deodorant you may have on when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item non-returnable. Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear or swimwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style is to your liking. To maintain hygiene and health standards, we reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that this has not been done. If you return the items later than 50 days from the date of purchase, we will give you a store credit that can be used within ONE (1) year from the date of issue. Fees associated with shipping, gift pouches and gift boxes are not refundable. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for us to receive and process your return and exchange request. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department by email to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item and complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices. Please send the merchandise back to us by USPS First Class mail. We recommend that you add either the Delivery Confirmation OR Insurance Service to ensure tracking or prevent loss in the USPS mail system, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Question: I love this bra and I would actually like to purchase it but I had a bad experience with another site before. I am a 34DDD and the had a bra that was in my size but the had the model of a smaller cup. When I got it, the bra was almost completely different when made in my size. Is this bra the exact way in a 34DDD? Is there still the lining and the padding to shape or is it completely lace in my size?
Lavinia's Answer: In response to your question, the bra�s design and the materials used are the same for size 34B as they are for size 34DDD. Some modest adjustments, however, are made to provide sufficient support for larger sizes. In this case, the adjustments include slightly wider straps, bands and hook and eye clasps. To maintain the spirit of the style, the front portion of the straps remains slim, but the rear, adjustable portion of the straps is wider.
