A return and exchange form is enclosed within every package. If you have misplaced your copy, here you can print Lavinia's Lingerie Exchange & Return form. At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and include a completed return and exchange form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you benefited from a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, the shipping-related expense incurred by Lavinia Lingerie will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. As exchanges are subject to availability, you may want to contact our Customer Care department to reserve the style, color and/or size of the desired item or complete the return and exchange inform indicating both your first and second choices. We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Question: What would you say about the cut of the cup? Trying to avoid buying the wrong size. I have a Lilyette minimizer in 38ddd that is now a bit loose in the cup!
Lavinia's Answer: It is a full-cup-cut bra (aka full coverage bra), but it is not a minimizer. As long as you are wearing the correct size, the stretch lace should conform to your breast shape and not be loose. Without additional information, I am not sure why your other bra is now loose. There could be several reasons (weight-loss, an incorrect fit, etc.). Generally speaking, bra fabrics can modestly stretch after repeated use without periodic laundering. We recommend that you rotate your bras every day and launder them after every two to three wearings. As long as you follow the manufacturer’s instructions, fabrics and cup shapes should conform to their original shape after washing. Also, line dry your bras. Dryers breakdown the elasticity of bra fabrics and other related materials, which can impact bra fit. Question: Is this sheer bra a stretch lace?
