A return and exchange form is enclosed within every package. If you have misplaced your copy, here you can print Lavinia's Lingerie Exchange & Return form. At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and include a completed return and exchange form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you benefited from a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, the shipping-related expense incurred by Lavinia Lingerie will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of original purchase. Question: Does the bra have a smooth enough texture like a t-shirt bra even though there is lace or is it very textured, that if worn with a t-shirt, the lace shows through?
Lavinia's Answer: If you wear this balcony bra under a t-shirt, the lace will not be very noticeable. While a seamless molded-cup/t-shirt bra provides the smoothest appearance, the lace on this bra is relatively fine and will not create a bumpy effect under your t-shirt like other lace bras. The key here is to have a proper fitting balcony bra. If you not have a proper fit, your breasts could pop over the cup; you will then be showing two extra bumps than planned. Question: I am interested in buying this bra. Reading some of the reviews someone mentioned about actual size. I wanted to ask you. Does the cup size run small? Should I order a larger size? Lavinia's Answer: While bra sizing among manufacturers can vary, I believe the comments are primarily due to the bra style. Generally speaking, not all woman wearing a 38DD/E bra have the same breast shape. Balcony bras, also known as shelf bras, generally provide less coverage than a demi-cup bra and effectively serve to lift breasts up and create fullness on the top half of the breast. If you are a full 38DD/E, meaning your breasts are as round (full) on top as they are on the bottom half - not sloped (more shallow on top, full on bottom) - than the added boost this bra creates may cause you to "pop" over the cup. If you fall into this category (full 38DD/E), I would recommend going up a cup size for this bra style. If you are more shallow on top, your existing size should be fine. This bra is one of my personal favorites and I wear my regular size. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Question: Does this have heavier padding in bottom of cup (bump pad) and/or graduated padding heavier in the bottom? Lavinia's Answer: No, the bra cups have an even layer of thin foam padding. It is the underlying design/construction of the balcony bra style, which provides the added lift and cleavage. Question: How many snaps are on the back (36DD size bra); thin 1 or 2 snaps or wide 3 or 4 snaps? Are the shoulder straps adjustable? Lavinia's Answer: The back closure of the 36DD balcony bra has three columns and three rows of hooks. Yes, the shoulder straps are adjustable. Question: It looks like my size bra is sold out. Will you be restocking this shelf bra in white color, 40DDD/F size again? Lavinia's Answer: Yes, we are restocking this shelf bra in all sizes and colors soon. Check back again in October.
